Did you know the average person has 13 secrets? On episode 156 of American Sex Podcast, Therapist Kate Loree joins us to examine the role secrets play in our lives. Find out: When are secrets good? When are they bad? How can we tell the difference? What does keeping secrets do to our relationships? Our friendships? Our physical and emotional selves? When should we reveal our secrets? And is telling others always a positive thing? What about people that just can’t stop keeping secrets even when they don’t have to — like polyamorous folks that go out of their way to cheat on their partners? Are there healthy ways we can fetishize and act on our secrets in erotic play?
