On The Edge: S&M Means Stand and Model ~ Mad Men Cosplay Party @ The Studio
May 30 @ 1:00 AM – 7:00 AM

May 29th is President Kennedy’s Birthday! Come join us at The Studio.

The show Mad Men has inspired a lot of folks to be more conscious of the clothes they wear. We are having a fashion night/play party for those that like to play dress up. If you identify as male for the evening wear a suit. If you identify as female: wear vintage dresses or lingerie, stockings, high heels (maybe a corset) and absolutely no pants.

Click here for 1950/1960’s party ideas

We will be constructing a demonstration scene based on 1950’s/1960’s kinky household play and over the knee spanking. Break out your Grandma’s recipe book and bring a dish to pass (Waldorf salad, anything with spam, triscuit with spray cheese, deviled eggs). We will be playing Dirty Charades and Bondage Twister.

There will be a designated area for Photo Whores and Paparazzi.

Unlike Mad Men, this event is clean and sober, no alcohol, drugs or smoking allowed. This event is open to anyone 18 years or older. IDs with proof of age will be required at door.

$10 Donation and bring a dish to pass.

RSVP to [email protected] for directions.

Feb 28 @ 1:00 AM – 3:00 AM

Artist: Antonio Biella http://eroticartlover.blogspot.com/2011/04/antonio-biella-s-cartoon-style.html?zx=e2235f6805c7c1fd

The book 50 Shades of Grey brought S&M out of the shadows and into the spotlight.  It also left many of us wondering how to safely incorporate all those delicious things we read about into our own bedrooms.

In this class Ken and Sunny take you through the elements of BDSM: Bondage & Discipline, Dominance & Submission and Sadomasochism. They also cover pre-negotiation/contracts, toys & tools, role-play, meeting other kinksters, the differences between BDSM and abuse, physical and mental safety plus much more.

Whether you aim to dive in  in to the BDSM lifestyle or simply want to incorporate a little kink in the bedroom, you’ll walk away with the tools and confidence you need to get and give the most out of kinky play.

This class is suitable for those single or partnered. Persons of all gender identities, sexual orientation, kink interests and activity levels welcome.

Pre-purchase your tickets here:  http://www.thealleychicago.com/servlet/the-template/Events/Page

Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door.
